This challenging collection of 16-page manga adaptations of world classics includes The Castle, Kafka’s unfinished great novel about a surveyor K who cannot reach the castle; The Crocodile in which a friend swallowed by a crocodile tries to start a revolution from inside of crocodile’s stomach; and, The Purloined Letter, one of the first mystery stories ever written in the world.
