Filmmaker OBAYASHI Nobuhiko devoted his life to film, and the son-in-law of the great filmmaker who passed away in April 2020, is manga artist MORIIZUMI Takehito. In this essay collection, he describes his days with the great filmmaker and reflects on his curious and charming father-in-law. This is OBAYASHI Nobuhiko’s special story, unknown to us, which the author was able to depict only because he was a member of the family and who as a son-in-law, was able to see everything from the outside.
